Upgrade to the Order Duplication Prevention System

A few weeks ago a new feature was added to our service to prevent order duplication. The feature prevents similar orders from being sent to the same phone number within a few minutes apart. That feature has now been updated to allow the delivery of similar but unique orders using the refid parameter of the API.

A particular scenario where this has been causing some issues for some of our clients is when you need to vend SME data in multiple of the standard value. For instance, selling 4GB SME data as two installments of two 2GB SME data. The second request tends to fail if sent in quick succession. 

The above issue has now been addressed in the new update. To allow two similar orders in quick succession deliver to your client, kindly include different unique refid in the parameter for each of them. The system will identify the two orders as two different requests and process the orders. You might have to confirm with your developer to know if your system has been configured to work with this new feature.
