Can I get it lower than N225/GB?
Yes. We have listened to the request of our clients, and SMEVend is now at N218.90/GB.
Do I need to host a SIM to vend with SMEVend?
No. The goal of SMEVend is to take away the challenges around hosting a SIM to vend MTN SME data. With SMEVend, all you need to do is fund your SMEVend wallet, and you can start selling MTN SME data.
Do I need to keep my phone and internet on 24/7?
No. Since SMEVend is not dependent on SIM and hosting, there is no need for a phone or internet connection to sell MTN SME data.
Is there a subscription fee associated with SMEVend?
No. Once you fund your SMEVend wallet, you can start to sell MTN SME data. No activation fee, no subscription fees and no access charge.
Is airtime available on SMEVend?
Airtime and data gifting will be available in the coming days.
Is SMEVend available on other networks apart from MTN?
We are working to onboard airtime and data from all the other networks. Artime and data will be available in the coming weeks.
What happens when I have failed transactions?
Failed transactions are retried up to 3 times using different resources. If the transaction is still unsuccessful, the transaction is marked as failed, and the system will refund your SMEVend wallet
How do I trace my failed orders and refunds?
You can trace your failed orders on the SMEVend Transaction History page. Toggle the search box to expose the box in the status column, type 'FAIL', and the page will list the failed orders. Additionally, the refund proof will also be attached. If you want to view the refund history, visit the SMEVend Wallet History page. At the top of the page, click the filter "REFUNDS" to see the complete history of the refunds.
How long does it take to get refunded?
The retries take about 15 minutes to complete. Thus, a refund is immediately effected if a transaction is unsuccessful after the retries. When a transaction's status is unclear, refunds might take up to an hour to complete. No refund exceeds an hour.
Can I connect SMEVend to my website?

How Can I Link SMEVend to My Website?
Yes. You can integrate SMEVend into any web or mobile app using our API. The API documentation is at https://developer.zwiift.com. The documentation is simple and easy to use. SMEVend also has a provision for a callback. With the callback, you can automatically update your app and the transaction status for your clients.

If I fund my SMEVend wallet, Can I Still use my hosted SIM to vend data?
It depends on your integration approach. If you connect directly to the SMEVend endpoints without using the bridge, you can still vend using your hosted SIM.
If you connect to the SMEVending using the SMEVend bridge with an existing server, the server cannot be used to vend data while it is on the SMEVend bridge. You can again use the server for vending data when you discontinue the SMEVend bridge.
How fast is the delivery rate?
It is in a few seconds. The delivery rate is one of the strengths of SMEVend. The system has been optimised for speedy delivery with multiple resources available to vend MTN SME data via the SMEVend. Our clients who have adopted the SMEVend have rated the speed 10/10.
